Lumetol Blue™Bar contains 180mg of Methylene Blue and a variety of polyphenols that have photoactive properties. Lumetol Blue Bars are to be taken orally. They are NOT a troche and are taken by placing it in the back of the mouth and drinking it down with a liquid so as not to have a blue mouth.

The FDA maintains a warning to not combine methylene blue with SSRI’s however Mayo Clinic retracted this warning and the country of Canada has as well.
With that said I must say not to combine Lumetol Blue™ Bars with SSRIs or medicines such as MDMA, MDA, Ayahuasca, and psilocybin as they increase serotonin or have MAO-I properties like Lumetol Blue™ Bars.
