Instructions:

GlutaStat™ Vertical Spray: Mist two times, twice a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. 

GlutaMax™ 600 Bullet: Use the bullet once daily, at bedtime.

Diffusing GlutaStat D™: Use 1.5 ml of GlutaStat D™ in a diffuser daily. If experiencing flu-like symptoms, increase usage to two to three times a day and contact your doctor.
