Research on Melatonin

Melatonin is 4x more potent, as a free radical scavenger than antioxidants such as (vitamin C or E)! Plus for va ery molecule of melatonin 10 free radicals are scavenged.   This is a massive antioxidant load that Melatonin takes on! Melatonin doesn’t stop there it also transforms free radicals into “melatonin metabolites” which also act as free radical scavengers. This process is referred to as “the free radical scavenging cascade”. Dosage and Storage Instructions: Suggested dosage is 1 (one) bullet 30 minutes before bed. 

You might need to become accustomed to the high melatonin dosing so start with 1/2 and work up to it.  If you feel groggy go get in the sunlight in the morning as melatonin plus light, especially in the eyes you won’t be tired.
